Banana Oatmeal            Pancakes

First, whisk together rolled oats, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon. Set aside.

In a blender, add bananas, milk, vanilla and eggs.

Blend until smooth.

Next, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Blend the ingredients again until smooth.

Place a pancake griddle (or skillet) over medium heat. Grease the griddle with butter or cooking spray.

Transfer about 3 tbsps of batter to the griddle. Space the pancakes out.

Cook the first side of the pancake until the edges are set and little bubbles form (2 mins).

Flip, then cook another 2 minutes. Repeat with the batter.

Serve with fresh fruit and syrup.
