Boozy Baileys Cookies

These chewy chocolate cookies are made with Irish cream and a decadent boozy icing. Perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations!

First, whisk together dry ingredients.

Combine remaining cookie ingredients in a standing mixer, one at a time. Then slowly add the dry ingredients to form a dough.

Scoop balls of cookie dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 8 minutes.

Whisk together confectioners' sugar and Irish cream to make the glaze.

Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then dip halfway into the glaze. Immediately garnish with sprinkles!

Enjoy right away, or keep in a sealed container at room temp for up to 5 days.
