Easter Cookies with M&M's

Pastel M&M's and sprinkles bring a spring POP of color to these chewy cookies.

They're easy to make ahead and perfect for Easter or any seasonal celebration!

Let's Bake!

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl or with a standing mixer, beat together the butter and both sugars.

Next, beat in the vanilla and eggs.

With the mixer on low, slowly add the flour mixture to the bowl.

Be careful to not over beat the dough!

Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to fold in the M&M's.

Refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours.

Then scoop, flatten, and add sprinkles!

Bake for 12 minutes.  Cool for 5+ minutes.
