Overnight French Toast Casserole

This French Toast Casserole recipe is easy to make ahead of time with leftover french bread. It's a family favorite!

Gather ingredients before you get started to save time!

Grease a 3-quart baking dish.

Evenly distribute bread cubes in the prepared baking pan.

Whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugars, and vanilla.

Pour the mixture  over the bread.

Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top.

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.

Keep in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight if possible.

When ready to bake preheat oven to 350 F and remove plastic.

Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top.

Bake 45-60 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve with syrup, fruit, or other french toast toppings!
