This delicious savory galette is made with fresh tomatoes, gouda cheese and garlic!

Make the pastry dough in advance. Use store bought for fast prep!

Roll the dough into a flat circle.

Toss the tomatoes with garlic, salt, and oregano.

Let the slices sit on paper towels for at least 10 minutes to draw out the juices.

Now let's assemble the galette!

Add shredded cheese to the center. Leave a 2-inch border of dough.

Next, arrange the tomato slices and garlic on top of the cheese.

Fold the border over the filling. So pretty!

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
