Gingerbread Donuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 donut pan and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, and molasses until combined.

Next, add the egg whisk to combine–about one minute.

Add in the milk and yogurt and stir until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add the whisk dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, cloves, all spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Using a spoon or piping bag, transfer the dough to the prepared donut pans. Make sure the tins are full.

Ready to bake!

Bake the donuts for 12-15 minutes. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Dip the tops and bottoms of the baked donuts into melted butter and then dip into the sugar mixture.

Serve immediately!
