Grasshopper Pie with Oreo Crust

This amazingly easy Grasshopper Pie recipe is made with an Oreo cookie crust and no-bake mint green filling. It's a great make ahead dessert for spring!

Save yourself some time by measuring out and prepping all ingredients before getting started!

Preheat oven to 425°. Crumble Oreos in a food processor. Melt the butter and cool.

Drizzle the melted butter in with the crushed cookies; gently combine.

Evenly press the Oreo crust mixture into a 9" pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Then beat in marshmallow cream.

Gradually beat in milk, extracts, and food coloring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.

Transfer the mixture into the crust.

Cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.

Garnish the Grasshopper Pie with homemade whipped cream and crushed chocolate mint cookies

This dessert is great to make ahead! Store covered in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
