Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

 In a bowl, whisk together rolled oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

Next, add bananas, milk, vanilla and eggs to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add the dry ingredients to the blender.

Blend again until smooth.

Place a skillet over medium heat. Grease the griddle or pan with oil or butter.

Transfer about 3 Tablespoons of batter to the griddle. Space pancakes out at least an inch.

Cook the first side of the pancake until the edges are set and little bubbles start to form (about 2 minutes).

Flip and cook for two more minutes. Repeaet with the rest of the batter.
