Homemade Peach Cobbler

Homemade peach cobbler is made with fresh peaches plus a simple dough topping. A perfect summer dessert to serve warm with vanilla ice cream!

First, gather all ingredients to save yourself some time.

Step #1 - Prepare the Peaches

Slice the peaches, remove pit, and toss the slices with sugar.

Transfer to a lightly greased baking pan.

Step #2 - Make Cobbler Topping

Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture.

Combine until the mixture resembles biscuit dough.

Form flat discs with the dough and top the peaches.

Step #3 - Assemble and Bake

Sprinkle with sugar, if you like.

Bake at 425° F for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
