Whisk together the condensed milk, half and half, and vanilla.

Add cocoa powder.

Whisk until no clumps remain.

Add the heavy cream to a second bowl.

Whisk until stiff peaks form.

Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture.

Fold the whipped cream in until the mixture is smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x5 loaf pan.

Freeze for 3 to 5 hours until firm.
