INGREDIENTS – Pecan halves – Large egg white – Pure vanilla extract – Brown sugar – Ground cinnamon –Ground cardamom  – Ground aleppo pepper, or chili powder – Sea salt –Ground black pepper –Pinch of cayenne

1. Preheat oven and line a large rimmed baking sheet and set aside. Whisk egg white vigorously until frothy.

2. Next, add vanilla, brown sugar and spices to the egg white.

3. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.

4. Add pecans to the bowl and stir them until evenly coated.

5. Transfer the pecan mixture to the prepped baking sheet. Spread into an even layer.

6. Bake at 225° F for one hour. Toss the pecans every 15 minutes. Once they are done let them cool and become crispy. Serve as desired.
