Sorbet Rosé Cocktail
Sorbet rosé cocktail is a refreshing summer cocktail made with your choice of flavored sorbet, elderflower liquor and, of course, rosé.
Haley D Williams
(750 ml) dry rosé
(I used St. Germain)
Divide rosé into 6 wine glasses. Add elderflower liquor to each glass (about a tablespoon each). Gently stir.
Add a scoop of sorbet to each glass. Garnish with a fruit slice. Serve immediately.
