Sorbet Rosé Cocktail

Sorbet rosé cocktail is a refreshing summer cocktail made with your choice of flavored sorbet, elderflower liquor and, of course, rosé.

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry rosé
  • 1/3 cup elderflower liquor (I used St. Germain)
  • 1 pint fruit sorbet


  1. Divide rosé into 6 wine glasses. Add elderflower liquor to each glass (about a tablespoon each). Gently stir.
  2. Add a scoop of sorbet to each glass. Garnish with a fruit slice. Serve immediately.
