4 Ingredient Icebox Cake

This icebox cake is a simple no-bake dessert that's perfect for hot summer days. All you need are chocolate wafers, cream, vanilla and powdered sugar!

Gather your 4 simple ingredients before getting started.

Chill a glass or metal bowl in the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes.

Whip together heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Place a tablespoon of the whipped cream between two chocolate wafers.

Start stacking the wafers layering each with a tablespoon of whipped cream.

Spread a little whipped cream on a serving platter.

When you have 12 layers, turn the stack on its side and lay it on the platter.

Repeat twice more placing each log next to the other.

Spread whipped cream over the tops and sides of the cake.

Cover the cake loosely with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 6+ hours.

Garnish with chocolate shavings, slice and serve.
