Irish Car Bomb Chocolate Cupcakes

Boozy Guinness stout chocolate cupcakes are topped with Jameson Whiskey chocolate ganache and a Baileys buttercream frosting.

 They're a decadent St. Patrick's Day treat you'll want all year!

Step #1 Make the Stout Chocolate Cupcakes

Simmer the beer and butter on the stovetop, add chocolate, then cool. Whisk together dry ingredients. Slowly combine all of the ingredients in a mixer.

Scoop batter into prepared cupcake tins, and bake for 15 minutes in a 350° oven. Then cool on wire racks.

Step #2 Make the Whiskey Chocolate Ganache

Slowly heat and combine ganache ingredients on the stovetop. Cool. Then scoop into cooled and hollowed out cupcakes.

Step #3 Make the Bailey's Buttercream Frosting

With a mixer cream together butter, Irish cream and powdered sugar. Add Bailey's to reach desired thickness.

Spoon frosting into a piping bag, and swirl onto each cupcake.

Enjoy ASAP, or store in a container at room temp for up to 5 days.
