Quiche Lorraine

This classic Quiche Lorraine is made with cream, eggs, cheese and bacon for a flavorful and rich breakfast pastry!

Preheat the oven to 375° F.

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.

Whisk together cream, milk, eggs, yolks, and spices.

Sprinkle bacon pieces and cheese in the pre-baked tart.

Pour custard mixture on top of the bacon and cheese.

Bake at 375° F for 32 to 35 minutes.

Transfer the Quiche Lorraine to a wire rack to cool.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
