You need to try this no knead bread recipe. You will never want to buy bakery bread again. The crunchy crust and fluffy inside makes this artisan bread perfect for any meal. You can dip it in olive oil, make a sandwich, or even use it as a chili bowl. It tastes like it came from a bakery and it is incredibly easy to make–forget kneading.
After proofing your yeast, whisk together the flour, salt and yeast. Add warm water and stir until a ball begins to form. Let the dough rise overnight and then place it in a cast iron pot in the oven and tah-dah! You have yourself a no knead bread. If you want some extra flavor, you can add some rosemary or garlic when whisking together the dry ingredients. I recommend getting a Le Creuset Dutch Oven (this is the one I have). It’s not only perfect for this recipe, but also for stews and soups in the winter!
